We want you to love your CartTopper. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and uninstalled

Item must be in original packaging

Item must be in resalable condition (no dirt, wear, or damage)
Important
Because CartTopper is a fabric product that is installed on your cart, items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear cannot be returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
