Products

Original CartTopper sells stretch-fit golf cart roof covers designed to fit over existing golf cart roofs.

Product photos, colors, designs, and measurements are shown as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, printing, fabric stretch, and production differences.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size before purchasing.
 

Fit and Sizing

CartToppers are designed to fit most standard golf cart roofs within the listed size ranges.

Before ordering, customers should measure their golf cart roof from the front edge to the back edge and compare it to the sizing information provided on our website.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing caused by customer measurement errors, unusual roof shapes, aftermarket modifications, or failure to review the product sizing information before purchase.
 

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment must be received before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or website errors.
 

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

If an order cannot ship within the promised time, online sellers generally must notify the customer or issue a refund under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
 

Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in accordance with our return policy.

Custom, limited-edition, clearance, final-sale, or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective or required by law.

CartToppers are intended to be installed over a compatible golf cart roof according to the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for proper installation, safe use, and regular inspection of the product. Do not use the product if it appears damaged, improperly fitted, loose, or unsafe.

Original CartTopper is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, severe weather, accidents, modifications, or use on incompatible golf cart roofs.
 

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with the product or listed on our website.

Failure to follow care instructions may result in fading, damage, stretching, wear, or reduced product life.
 

Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, graphics, text, logos, product names, designs, and branding are owned by or licensed to Original CartTopper and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Some designs may include licensed marks, artwork, school logos, or other third-party intellectual property. Purchase of a product does not grant customers any ownership or usage rights in those marks or designs.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
 

No Warranty

Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as otherwise stated in writing.

We do not guarantee that a CartTopper will fit every golf cart roof, withstand every weather condition, prevent damage, protect the golf cart, or meet every customer expectation.

No statement on our website should be interpreted as a guarantee unless clearly stated as such.
 

User Content

If you tag us, submit photos, leave reviews, or share content featuring our products, you grant Original CartTopper permission to use, repost, display, and share that content for marketing, advertising, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
